Restoring plastic headlights has never been easier! Megami Headlight Refresh is a Japanese solution for dull, yellowed headlights: inside the box you’ll find a complete kit containing a cleaning agent, a coating, and all necessary accessories. The result? Up to 6 months of full protection – not only against water and dirt, but also against renewed yellowing and hazing!

The product uses a dual formula that combines abrasive components with chemical cleaning agents. During the two-step process, you can easily remove unappealing yellow or matte fogging from your headlights. The coating applied at the end (the small bottle) reacts with moisture in the air and hardens, forming a durable glass-based protective layer. Additionally, the hydrophobic layer slows the development of discolouration caused by water and dirt, protecting the headlights for around 6 months, according to the results of our internal tests.

How to Use:

Wash and dry thoroughly before use.
Remove any other coatings before use.
Please wear the included protective gloves when working.

1. Shake the Cleaner well, apply an appropriate amount of liquid to the black side of the blue sponge, and polish until yellowing and fading have been removed.
2. After polishing, wet the non-woven cloth with water, and wring out firmly. Wipe the polished area clean, and dry it completely. If yellowing or faded areas remain, repeat the process from step (1).
3. Soak the Coating thoroughly into the entire white surface of the yellow sponge. Apply one coat in one direction, so that no streaks remain. Keep adding liquid to the sponge as necessary, until the full surface has been treated.

The liquid will become sticky as it hardens. Avoid touching the area where you have finished applying.
Do not touch or wet for 24 hours after application.
If coating is unusually uneven, it may be removed using “Silicone Off” during the curing phase (3-4 days). After full curing, removal must be conducted using a fine compound.
